New for 2009, 1 1/8 tapered bar, heavy duty 5/16 center hook and is now compatible with TFX-RAR II (Rock and Roll push-up/pull-up platform). Concept2 rower attachment and instructional manual included. TFX-RAR II (Rock and Roll push-up/pull-up platform), Endurance bands, CONCEPT2 rowing machine and other strength trainers sold separately.
